This platform is provided to facilitate the operations of swimming clubs, including registration, event nominations, result tracking, viewing records, and, where enabled by the club, payment of membership fees.

My Swimlynx is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any given time.

You agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk, and we are not responsible for any disruption, inaccuracies, or errors that may occur while using the platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Swimlynx, its developers, and associated entities disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the platform.

You acknowledge that you have no legal recourse against My Swimlynx or its developers for any issues arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to the accuracy of information, delayed results, or payment processing failures.

4. Personal Information

The platform collects personal information necessary to facilitate your interaction with the swimming club you are joining, including your child/children's registration, event nominations, and payment of membership fees.

When processing online payments, My Swimlynx does not store or have visibility over your card details. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers, and no payment information is retained by the platform.

We do not share or disclose your personal information with any third parties, except with the swimming club you are joining and, where applicable, other clubs participating in external carnivals or events.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the personal information provided through the platform. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of your information.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined above.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
